ABOUT ALEXIA PECK
I was born in New York, and raised in London, to a French mother and a Guatemalan father. I spent my early years in the UK, returning to America in my teens, where I finished high school and subsequently attended university. Always artistic, I majored in Sculpture at college, and went on to train to become an interior designer. Having completed my degree at the renowned Inchbald School of Interior Design, I became a freelance designer to fit in with raising my children.
My passion for scent, and the memories it can evoke, is what originally inspired me to create the Alexia Peck range of candles, room scents and diffusers. As I’ve grown older, I’ve found my sense of smell to be a memory bank. A particular scent can bring a room to life, define the seasons, transport you to a different location… Significant moments and special occasions come sharply back into focus, triggered by just one fragrance. The Alexia Peck range consists of decanted snapshots of my life. Each one has its own personality, and signifies an important time or place.

As with memories, I want part of the candles I have created to last a lifetime. My candles are unique. They all have their own individual scents, but they also contain a special gift: the lid. It is a beautiful paperweight that can be cherished once the candle is gone. It is a keepsake. It is a memory to hold onto forever. It is Alexia Peck.
